I have been quite delinquent in my journaling. My only excuses is that I just started my fundraising campaign a few days ago. My only visitor so far has been from my teammate Sue, who talked me in to walking in the first place.

However, I have been training. 2-3 mornings a week I walk 2 miles around the neighborhood with the dog. Then each weekend I take a progressively longer hike. I'm up to 5 miles. So far no blisters only some tight, but not sore, muscles. We are in the process of buying a new home so finding the time has been my biggest challenge.
